About The Role

As a result of our recent growth, Peninsula Home Physio is seeking a Full-Time Community Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team.

Part-time applicants will also be considered.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in contributing to our vision and values, working within a hybrid environment to provide exceptional care to clients in the Mornington Peninsula and / or South-East Melbourne suburbs.

Diverse Professional Experience

Manage a diverse caseload, including private clients, Home care packages,

and very small percentage NDIS participants.

Assess, Plan, Achieve Goals

Conduct assessments at various locations and create personalized treatment plans to achieve meaningful and functional goals.

Build Lasting Connections

Collaborate with case managers, clients, and family members, fostering long-

term relationships.

Requirements

  • Physiotherapy Degree and AHPRA Registration.

  • Own car and valid driver's license.

  • Previous experience in private practice, hospital, or community settings preferred (new graduates welcome).

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small close-knit team.
